Hard Times Cafe

This coffee shop, located across the street from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities West Bank, is one my favorites near campus. It has a very simple menu, but everything on it is amazing. The food is all vegan too, which is great for us vegetarians! This has great vibes and one of the best espressos in the city.
