Absolutely amazing coffee shop is opening soon about 1000 feet from my apartment!! Located on the doorstep of the University of Minnesota Twin-Cities' campus at 333 SE Huron Blvd, if you find yourself near the U, this place is a must-visit. I went to multiple days of their soft opening. I tried a pecan pie latte and a pumpkin latte, and they were both amazing! Making most of their syrups in-house and having high-quality espresso, you can really tell that this Palestinian and El Salvadoran-owned coffee shop clearly puts a lot of care into their coffee. Given the owner's heritage, it also boasts a diverse menu, with inspirations from both the Middle East and Central American (I tried a sample of their house-made Horchata, and it was amazing). This coffee shop is 100% worth a visit for anyone in the city of Minneapolis.
