I Believe in You, My Honeydew

Josh Ritter's ability to tell stories and make statements about the world through thought provoking, captivating, and darn catchy lyrics is unmatched by any other lyricist since Bob Dylan. He is truly the greatest lyricist of the 21st century. This album is his best since Beast in its Tracks, and goes to amazing musical extremes. Truth is a Dimension (Both Invisible and Blinding) explores what truth is and how it is used in our modern society while still having a strong narrative throughline and is one of his best songs ever. (Also Josh's girlfriend gets stolen by Neil DeGrasse Tyson which is funny.)
