7/10. I really like this one. It's a lot less rock-y than Tin Machine. Instead, it has more punk, R&B, and even a little jazz. There were even a few instrumental tracks, which I really enjoyed: South Horizon and The Mysteries are amazing. The opener is worth shouting out too, Bowie at his best. I'm also a big fan of Strangers When We Met. It was a great way to kick his solo career back into gear. If you like Bowie, you'll like this album.
