Five Watt Coffee

This is definitely my favorite coffee shop that has multiple locations in Minneapolis - I have been to all of them and I can't decide my favorite! (Their East Hennepin location is the one I visit the most because it's closest to me, and it's a great study/work spot.) They have easily the most unique menu of any coffee shop I have been to in Minneapolis, and I love all of it. I've tried The Kingfield (Vanilla, Coriander, + Salt), Pollinator (Honey, Lavender, + Cardamom), and Busy Beaver (Maple Syrup, Molasses, Cinnamon, Black Pepper). Now I know what you're thinking-"Cardamom, Salt, Black Pepper, wtf?",-but hear me out: It works. It 1000000% works. If you love fun-flavored drinks and house made syrups, this is the place for you! Even if you don't, they have one of the best espressos in this city and are definitely worth a visit!
